Who We Are

Our Story

“Most of what we call management is about making it difficult for people to do their jobs,”

- Peter Drucker

We are more than just agilists. We are experienced delivery and change practitioners. In the 20th century, we grew and learned the methods and practices of stage gated sequential project management. We have found that traditional management is broken. It can’t and doesn’t work in the VUCA* world we now live in. We recognise there are many methods and frameworks. We have used most of them. We have seen many organisations try to change and know that leadership is absolutely key to success. We know from experience that for Business Agility to succeed it needs true leaders and management to cohere in a consistent way and to create engaged employees.

Technology and product innovation is everywhere. Leadership and management innovation and performance is less so.

We promote leadership thinking that is more values based, more autonomous, more transparent, and addresses the whole organisation. We are about changing mindsets. We address leadership, delivery, financing, commercial, and more in our training courses.

* VUCA = volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous

How We Roll

Being great enablers is how we roll at QRV. Our culture is a constantly evolving practice. We bring a lot of learning, passion, creativity, and initiative. We see way beyond Agile.

We think about people differently. We apply systems thinking but equally we know that humans ultimately interpret and deliver value.

We facilitate the creation of engaged employees who are more innovative to provide better solutions and are more productive and make better decisions.

It is well known that high engagement is correlated to competitive advantage and with better stock market performance.
