Agility
We are passionate experienced practitioners and qualified enterprise coaches who guide organisations through agile transformations across a wide range of industries. We encourage enterprises to develop the Lean, Agile, and DevOps capabilities as well as flow, to accelerate value delivery.
Leadership
We help business leaders learn, believe, and practice generative behaviours which create the conditions for business agility to thrive across three dimensions:

Leaders are taught to learn by doing, practicing new communication techniques, change leadership, and engagement in order to lead the change. We encourage leaders to study the change leadership guidance of Dr John Kotter.
Organisational Design
We facilitate and guide organisations to become Lean-thinking people. We help to create Agile teams and to optimise the business processes, to evolve strategies around clear and decisive new commitments. We help the organisation to better capitalise on new opportunities.
Change Management
We are highly experienced change management practitioners or change agents. We can ignite transformation within and enterprise. We major on the people side of change and the mitigation measures necessary to reduce the risks of resistance to change. We advocate the use of a “sufficiently powerful guiding coalition”. We will guide stakeholders and senior executives to step in, step up and lead the change.
Tooling
We’ve been there and done it! We know that tooling is but one part of the total business system (the others are people and processes). We are experts (super-users) in many market leading Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools. We can advise, implement, configure, and rollout appropriate tools to benefit the whole organisation for planning, management, and reporting. Accurate and timely data enables fact-based decision allowing leading indicators and transparency to engender trust, both internally and externally with customers.
Managed Solutions
We are a cohesive and powerful team able to deliver business solutions across an enterprise. We are not singleton manpower substitution gap fillers. What sets us apart is that we can cover the entire enterprise at all levels with skills, capabilities, and advice to accelerate and sustain any transformation towards business agility.
Training
We are certified trainers in a wide range of Lean, Agile and leadership training. Our courses are designed for the entire organisation and are specifically tailored for each scenario. We advocate and encourage a face to face approach for optimum collaborative training. In our experience we find client and customers need to work together and what better way of all being trained together at the same time? We provide business agility training to MOD service leavers under the Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Services (ELCAS) as an Approved Learning Provider (ALP).
Coaching
Training is but one part of a complex Agile implementation. If training is 10%, coaching is 20% and learning by practice is 70%. We coach the methods to establish flow. This requires all individuals and teams in the organisation to be tightly synchronised around value-creation. Our coaching is there to identify and remove impediments such that the organisation can quickly, continuously, and efficiently deliver quality products and services.
Agile Commercial Contracts Consultancy
We provide expertise and advice for the development of effective and legally binding Agile specific contracts for clients and suppliers. We are at the forefront of training and coaching Scaled Agile Framework for Government for clients to educate and support commercial officers when running competitive tenders and contract for Agile delivery with multiple suppliers.

Recruiting and Resourcing
As trainers and coaches, we engage talent to provide a resourcing and recruiting service including recruiting former service members. Some of us are veterans ourselves. We know what it takes to transition from service life into industry. We are also able to identify, train, develop, match, and place outstanding candidates with some of the leading employers in industry.
